  • Weight Policy: Guests weighing 240 lbs (109 kg) or more are required to reserve an additional seat. This ensures safe weight distribution and complies with helicopter seating capacity. The additional seat will be charged at the standard rate.
  • Front Seat Eligibility: For groups of 3–4 passengers, the combined weight of two individuals seated in frontmust not exceed 340 lbs (154 kg).
  • Phones are allowed only in Airborne Aviation provided cases and lanyards, available to purchase or rent.
  • No wrist straps, selfie sticks, gimbal mounts, or devices without a secure hardpoint that can accept an Airborne Aviation lanyard.
  • No headwear other than glasses or sunglasses allowed on board (While we respect members of all creeds and religions. For the safety of all on board we cannot allow headcoverings, scarves, or other head wraps that may pose a danger)
  • Check-In Time: 45 minutes prior to your scheduled flight .
