The instructions at the airport:

• Terminal 1: Hawaiian Airlines
- For domestic flights, exit toward Lobby 2. Drivers will be at the “Pre-Arranged 1” area.
- For international flights, exit toward Lobby 3. Drivers will be at the “Pre-Arranged 3” area.

•Terminal 2:
- For Jet star Airways, Fiji Airways, Korean Air, Qantas Airways, Air Canada, Philippine Airlines, Zi pair Tokyo, Alaska Airlines, and Japan Airlines: Lobby 4 and 5 to see the “Pre-Arranged 3” area.
- For American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, AirAsia, Air New Zealand and WestJet: Lobby 6 and 7 to see the “Pre-Arranged 4” area.
- For United Airlines, Delta Airlines, and Ana: Lobby 8 to see the “Pre-Arranged 5” area.

Note:

1. Your vehicle is a minivan or van marked Logo of Hawaii Viet Tours and Transportation.

2. We will track your flight and give you some grace period for the luggage. If you can make a call, please give us a heads-up upon landing

3. Drivers may be forced to turn around every 15 minutes if passengers are not yet present. You may not see him right away after you come out.

4. Price includes a total of 02 pieces of luggage per customer.

  • VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Customer should provide the flight details, arrival time and the hotel name when ordering the booking so that we can make the arrangement. Otherwise, it will be considered as no show. And the surcharge for night transfer 10:00 pm to 6 am is at $5 net and pay directly to our driver
