Good to know before you go
  • ONLY YOUR CELL PHONE IS ALLOWED ON BOARD. No other loose items or camera devices.
  • Doors OFF Weight restrictions: For a single passenger booking weighing 230lbs or more, a combined weight (2 passengers) of 400lbs or more or for groups of 3 or more an average weight of 190lbs or more an additional seat must be purchased at the time of booking. Any passenger over 250lbs no matter what the combined weight is must purchase a comfort seat. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers on board.
  • Children must be at least 10 years of age. An adult must accompany anyone 10-18 years old. Guests on the edge seat must be 16 years of age or older. No hats, bags or any loose items allowed. Must wear closed toed shoes. Long hair must be tied up in a braid or bun at all times. No refunds or rescheduling within 48hrs of flight time. For groups 12 or more 7 days notice is required.
  • 45 minutes prior check-in to all flights is required.
