Description

The classic Dubai desert evening — dunes, culture, and a feast under the stars.

Start with a thrilling 4x4 dune bashing ride across the iconic Red Dunes of Lahbab, then spend the afternoon sandboarding and camel riding before the desert camp comes alive at sunset with a live cultural show and BBQ dinner. Hotel pickup included from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

PICKUP & DRIVE TO THE DESERT
An air-conditioned 4x4 Land Cruiser picks you up from your hotel and heads southeast to the Lahbab Desert. On a clear day you can see the Hajjar Mountains on the horizon. The red dunes appear quickly — and so does the excitement.

DUNE BASHING
Your professional driver takes the 4x4 up and over the towering red dunes — steep drops, sharp turns, and pure adrenaline from start to finish. This is the part most guests describe first when they tell their friends about the day.

SANDBOARDING
Slide down the face of a desert dune on a board. Your guide sets you up and coaches you through it. No experience needed — most guests want a second run before moving on.

CAMEL RIDING
A short ride on a traditional camel through the desert — the same view travelers have had in this region for centuries. A quieter moment, and one of the most photographed parts of the day.

BEDOUIN CAMP, BBQ DINNER & LIVE SHOW
As the sun sets, the camp opens up. Settle in for a generous BBQ buffet with grilled meats, vegetarian dishes, salads, soft drinks, tea, and coffee — all included. Watch a live Tanoura cultural dance show and fire performance as the desert sky fills with stars. This is consistently the most praised part of the experience in guest reviews.

Your guide is with you from pickup to drop-off throughout the entire tour. Henna painting and Arabic attire are available at the camp to make the most of your photos.
