  • Please Note: No child or infant discount is available. The adult rate applies to all passengers, regardless of age.
  • Pickup is available from hotels in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Karama, Downtown, Business Bay, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Marina, as well as Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal.
  • The time you select is your Burj Khalifa visit time. Your hotel pickup will be scheduled approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour before your selected visit time.
  • For the two-way transfer option: Please advise your preferred return pickup time at least 24 hours in advance. Once the return pickup time is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
  • Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter/Elevator.
  • Your booking is valid only for the date and time shown on the confirmation and expires once that time has passed.
