Description
Start your evening at Al Marmoom Oasis cooking venue, where your host welcomes you with traditional Emirati hospitality. Enjoy luqaimat with Arabic tea or coffee, followed by a short introduction to the class and safety guidelines.
When booking, choose from the chicken, lamb, or vegetarian options. With the Chicken Cooking option, you prepare chicken majboos and grilled chicken tikka while the chef demonstrates how to make Arabic salad and fresh rogag bread. With the Lamb Cooking option, you prepare lamb majboos and grilled lamb kofta, plus Arabic salad and fresh rogag bread. With the Vegetarian Cooking option, you prepare vegetable saloona, vegetable barbecue, salads, and learn how to make rogag bread with Arabic rice.
Once you are done cooking, retreat to a cozy Bedouin style lounge and enjoy the meal you’ve prepared amidst the serenity of oasis & desert views. Immerse yourself in traditional music, stories and photo opportunities as you dine.
