Description

Discover a fascinating aquatic world with a day admission ticket to the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. The 10-million-liter tank is home to more than 33,000 aquatic animals, comprising over 140 species. Among them are more than 300 sharks and rays, including the world’s largest collection of sand tiger sharks.
Just above the aquarium is the Underwater Zoo, where you can get close to penguins, piranhas, seahorses, jellyfish, and more. Experience a virtual adventure in the Submersible Simulator, where you’ll encounter dugongs, whale sharks, and other sea creatures. The Underwater Zoo offers an engaging and educational journey through three ecological zones: Rainforest, Rocky Shore, and Living Ocean, teaching visitors about marine ecology and sustainability.
Don’t miss the Penguin Encounter, where you can meet a colony of 16 Gentoo penguins at the new Penguin Cove exhibit. This exciting experience begins with an educational video about these incredible Antarctic birds and their natural habitat, followed by an up-close interaction with the penguins (no touching).
