On Arrivals: available in terminal 1 and terminal 3

If you arrive at T1 you will be met at the end of the escalator after the aerobridge, while at T3 you will be met at the end of the aerobridge. Alternatively, if a shuttle bus is taking you from the aircraft to the terminal, the representative will meet you at the shuttle drop-off point on arrival at the terminal building.

During this service you will receive help with all airport matters, including the handover of visas and other essential documents, and escort through immigration formalities and security screening, and assistance at the baggage belt area.
