Good to know before you go
  • Tickets are valid for 24 hours, 48 hours or 5 days from first use. You can join the hop-on, hop-off tour from any stop. Mobile vouchers and QR codes are accepted, and all buses are wheelchair accessible.
  • All tickets include a sightseeing cruise on a traditional Arabian dhow. The 5-day pass also includes unlimited pizza and soft drinks during the cruise. The 48-hour ticket includes entry to the Ambassador Lagoon, while the 5-day pass includes both the Ambassador Lagoon and Dubai Frame. Attraction tickets must be collected from a Big Bus Tours team member.
  • The Desert Sunset Tour is included with the 5-day pass only. It runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from the Dubai Mall and is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Transfers from the cruise terminal to the city centre are not included.
  • Infants aged 2 and under travel free of charge and don't require a ticket
