Available May through September, skip the car and take the water taxi to see Chicago's top attractions. Shoreline Sightseeing's red, white, and blue water taxis are a fun way to get around town.

Shoreline's water taxis aren’t tours, but they are a great way to get around town. Shoreline Sightseeing water taxis have multiple docks conveniently located near major attractions. The Chicago River Route docks at including Navy Pier, the Willis (Sears) Tower, and Michigan Avenue. The Lake Michigan route docks at Navy Pier, Museum Campus, and Union Station.

Water Taxis depart each dock about every hour running on a continual loop from 10:00 AM to approximately 6:00 PM 7 days a week.

Routes are as follows:
- Route: Willis Tower to/from Michigan Avenue or Navy Pier
- Michigan Avenue to Willis Tower to/from Union Station
- Michigan Avenue to/from Navy Pier
- Museum Campus to/from Navy Pier
- Buckingham Fountain to/from Navy Pier
- Willis Tower to/from Michigan Avenue or Navy Pier

You’ll get access to all of the Lake Michigan and Chicago River docks, taking you throughout Chicago by water taxi. Day passes are valid for 24 hours.
