Good to know before you go
  • Children under 3 years old can travel for free but must be accompanied by one adult per child. They are not allowed to occupy seats designated for paying passengers
  • Download and open the Big Bus app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking
  • The Chicago South Side & Presidential Center Shuttle operates daily from 9:30am–2:30pm, every 30–45 minutes, connecting Downtown Chicago with the Obama Presidential Center & Jackson Park and the Griffin Museum of Science & Industry. Pick-up location: 98 E Wacker Drive (between Michigan Ave. and Wabash Ave)
