Embark on a scenic self guided day-trip cruise from Budapest to Szentendre and explore Szentendre at your own pacing, or choose our guided tour in English with two course Hungarian menu included in the ticket.
Once in Szentendre, start at the Main Square (Fő tér) - a lively spot lined with colorful Baroque buildings, perfect for snapping photos and soaking in the ambiance. The Serbian Orthodox Church is a must-see, with its striking frescoes and history that dates back to Szentendre's diverse cultural past.

For art lovers, visit the Museum of Margit Kovács, home to unique ceramic masterpieces, she was one of Hungary's most renowned artists. Just a short walk away is the Open Air Ethnographic Museum, where you can explore over 300 traditional buildings and learn about Hungarian rural life.

  • The guided tour option operates on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:30. This option includes an English walking tour of Szentendre lasting 1,5 hours, and a 2 course lunch at a local restaurant with goulash soup and chicken paprikás alongside water provided for the table. Two hours of free time is provided after this. The cruise departs for Budapest at 5:00 PM.
