Boarding & Punctuality: The cruise departs from Dock 4 at Carl Lutz rakpart. You must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure for check-in. Boarding closes strictly 5 minutes before start; late arrivals cannot be accommodated and are not eligible for refunds.
ID Requirements: Alcohol service is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. A physical photo ID or passport is mandatory; digital copies or student IDs will not be accepted.
Wristband System: Access to the unlimited bar is regulated via official wristbands provided at boarding.
Audio Guides: Audio commentary is available in 6 languages including English, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Chinese, and Hungarian via QR code. Please bring your own smartphone and earphones to access this service.
Onboard Rules: Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin and permitted only in designated exterior areas. No outside food or beverages are allowed on board. Restrooms will close 5 minutes prior to final docking for technical maintenance.
