Boarding & Departure
The cruise departs from Dock 4 at Carl Lutz Rakpart. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure for check-in. Boarding closes strictly 5 minutes prior to departure. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be accommodated and are not eligible for refunds.

ID Requirements
Alcoholic beverages may only be served to guests aged 18 and above. A valid physical photo ID or passport is required. Digital copies and student IDs cannot be accepted.

Unlimited Bar Access
Access to the unlimited drinks service is provided via official wristbands distributed by our guides during check-in.

Audio Guide
Audio commentary is available via QR code in 6 languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Chinese, and Hungarian. Please bring your own smartphone and earphones to enjoy the experience.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Outside food and beverages are not allowed on board. Please note that restrooms close 5 minutes before docking due to technical maintenance.
