Discover how to prepare Kürtőskalács, a traditional Hungarian chimney cake, in an interactive, hands-on workshop in the city center of Budapest. Learn how to create one of Hungary's favorite treats, made from sweet dough, formed into strips, and then wrapped around a cone and rolled in sugar.

After a short introduction, be guided through the entire process of preparing an authentic chimney cake by your expert chef instructor. Receive tips and tricks that help with the baking process, and discover the key techniques and ingredients used.

See how the sugar stuck on the cake caramelizes and forms a shiny, crispy golden crust. Once the baking process is finished, cover the cake with different flavors, such as simple sugar, coconut, or cinnamon.
