Description
Sunday:
London → Cambridge → York (350 km)
Start your journey in London, where you’ll visit iconic landmarks like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and the banks of the River Thames. Then, head to Cambridge to explore King’s College and the Bridge of Sighs. Continue to York, where you’ll see the thousand-year-old York Minster and Roman city walls.
Monday:
York → Edinburgh (326 km) [Spring & Summer season]
Travel to Edinburgh, where you’ll visit the castle and Royal Mile, immersing yourself in Scottish charm.
York → Edinburgh → Glasgow (400 km) [Fall and Winter season]
We then continue this royal trail with a visit to Holyrood Palace and the City Hall. Optional is a visit to JK Rowling’s Ivory Café where Harry Potter was authored, to enjoy a cup of coffee. After your time in Edinburgh, the coach will continue to Glasgow.
Tuesday:
Edinburgh → Glasgow (75 km) [Spring & Summer season]
Upon arrival, we first visit Edinburgh Castle, set on the stunning view of volcanic rock structures, where once inside we will admire the oldest royal crown and jewellery. We then continue this royal trail with a visit to Holyrood Palace and the City Hall. After dinner in Edinburgh, the coach will continue to Glasgow.
Glasgow → Gretna Green → Lake District → Manchester (360 km) [Fall and Winter season]
We'll visit Gretna Green, Lake District, Manchester United, Chinatown.
Wednesday:
Glasgow → Glenfinnan Viaduct → Fort Augustus (Loch Ness Lake) → Loch Lomond → Glasgow (498 km) [Spring & Summer season]
Visit the Glenfinnan Viaduct, then continue to Fort Augustus to admire the scenery of Loch Lomond. Return to Glasgow for the night.
Manchester → Stratford-upon-Avon → Bicester Village → Swindon (340 km) [Fall and Winter season]
We'll visit Stratford-upon-Avon in the morning. Depart for Bicester Village at noon and enjoy free time for shopping there in the afternoon; alternatively, follow the tour guide to Oxford for an optional tour.
Thursday:
Glasgow → Gretna Green → Lake District → Manchester (360 km) [Spring & Summer season]
Travel to Gretna Green, then continue to the Lake District, where you’ll have free time to explore. Continue to Manchester, where you’ll feel the passion of football at Old Trafford Stadium.
Swindon → Bibury → Bath → Swindon (120km) [Fall and Winter season]
We'll have the Bibury tour in morning, and then Bath walking tour from The Royal Crescent to Roman Bath. In the afternoon, free time in Bath.
Friday:
Manchester → Stratford-upon-Avon → Bicester Village → London (380 km) [Spring & Summer season]
Visit Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare’s birthplace, then continue to Bicester Village to browse designer boutiques. Return to London for the night.
Swindon → Stonehenge → Windsor Castle → London (205km) [Fall and Winter season]
Go to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and depart to London at 16:30. Arrive St Pancras around 18:00.
Saturday: London
Visit all the landmarks and iconic attractions in London.
