The experience consists of a 60-minutes pole dancing class with an experienced instructor for a group up to 15 people. It is suitable for beginner level.

The session includes warm-up, teaching basic tricks and spins and a small and simple choreo.

It is the perfect plan for celebrating your bachelorette party, birthday or any other special occasion with your friends, while you do an awesome workout and try something new.

It is required to bring shorts and no-sleeve shirt or sports bra. We need our skin to grip to the pole, so the more, the better;)
