A complete experience combining sport, fun, sea and spectacular views of the city of Barcelona from the water.

We explore the coast on paddle surf, swim, have fun, and enjoy the sea in a unique atmosphere.

We also provide goggles and snorkels so you can go snorkeling in some points.

What is included?
- SUP board and paddle. The instructor will choose the most suitable one for you.
- Neoprene or lycra. Do not worry, we have the thickness, length and size that best suits you.
- Private accident insurance.
- Qualified instructor.
- Facilities. Free storage of your valuables (wallet, cell phone, keys).

What should I bring?
- Swimwear (swimsuit/bikini).
- Towel and flip-flops.
- Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity to confirm your attendance and be able to change in time.

I have never paddle surfed before... Can I do the activity?
- Yes, before entering the water the instructor will explain how to steer and navigate the paddleboard so you can enjoy the experience. In case you can't stand up you can always sit or kneel and enjoy the experience the same way.
