Three covered markets will be visited and we will learn about their operation and secrets.

In addition we will go to my kitchen cooking workshop for a hands on making of a traditional Spanish dish. Cava or sidra is offered as well.

Information about Catalan and Spanish food culture will happen on this tour.

We will walk from market to market and along the way indulge in the local epicurean tastes.

You will enjoy various samplings of local specialties, including Spain's famous Jamón Ibérico and a visit to the best, off the beaten path, churros con chocolate shop in Barcelona.

We will meet at 11:am in front of the main entrance of La Boqueria market. Outside on the sidewalk across the street from La Rambla.
