Important to know:

- Riding experience required: We expect that everyone can ride a bike properly and has experience cycling in a city. This means feeling comfortable with busy traffic, understanding traffic rules, and anticipating pedestrians, other bikes, and cars.

- Fitness level: While our bikes are top-notch and have powerful batteries, the tour still requires some physical effort. Be sure you're fit enough to ride a bike. If you have mobility issues, injuries, or limited leg strength, we advise against participating.

- Safety policy: If we notice someone is unable to ride or control the bike properly, we reserve the right to refuse that person from joining the group, without refund. This is for the safety of both the rider, the group and others.

- Height requirement: The bikes are designed for riders who are at least 1.60m (5'2") tall, based on the seat height to the ground. If this doesn’t apply to you, please let us know in advance so we can explore alternative options.
