The bean-to-bar chocolate workshop is a fascinating experience for adults and teenagers to learn the secrets of chocolate making and its thousand-year history. In this workshop, you'll learn in a practical way how cocoa is grown and processed to make chocolate.

You'll be able to observe a cocoa pod and learn what is done in the fields to obtain the cocoa beans. Then get ready to carry out the main stages of chocolate-making yourself: you'll roast the cocoa, peel it, grind it, and make your cocoa paste.

While we learn about the history of chocolate, you can prepare various cocoa-based drinks, and finally you'll make your own chocolate bar to take home.

Finally, we'll talk about bean to bar and how local cocoa-producing communities live, so that we can appreciate all the great effort they put in.
