Description
From Plaza Real to Santa Maria del Mar, via the Jewish Quarter, Jérémy will take you to discover over twenty sites.
In a fun way, often through your participation in short quizzes, you will also gain an understanding of Spanish customs, the differences between Spain and other countries, and the Catalan identity. He will tell you about his life as an expat, a life filled with adventures and fortunate encounters that changed the course of his life. Not to mention sharing his top tips for activities, restaurants, and bars.
The added value of this experience? As you stroll through the beautiful alleys, Jérémy will show you his favorite Instagram spots. You can capture your own memories… or let Jérémy take some great photos of you during the tour.
I’ll also take you to shops that are over a hundred years old, where you can discover Catalan pastries, deli meats, Iberian ham, tourons, and churros. You can even order these specialties to go and enjoy them during the tour!
Main points of interest:
Calle del Bisbe, Barcelona Cathedral, Basilica Santa Maria del Mar, Plaça de Sant Jaume, Jewish Quarter…
We’ll meet at Plaça Reial, a central and easily accessible meeting point. The tour ends in front of the Cathedral of the Holy Cross, right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. At the end, I always take the time to give you tips on how to get back to your hotel or continue exploring.
- What happens if it rains?
- No worries: we'll bring out the umbrellas! Barcelona is charming even in the rain. Of course, if the authorities issue a weather warning, the tour will be canceled or rescheduled.
- Is the tour accessible for people with reduced mobility and for prams?
- Yes, of course! The route is designed to be accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. Please don’t hesitate to let me know when you book so that I can make even better accommodations.
- Are the tours suitable for the summer?
- Yes! In the summer, we stick to shaded areas, take regular breaks to stay hydrated, and adjust the pace for greater comfort.
- Do I need to bring anything in particular?
- I recommend bringing a bottle of water, especially in the summer. The rest depends on the weather: comfortable shoes, a cap and sunglasses when it's hot, or a small umbrella if the weather is unpredictable.
