Experience a unique sunrise in the heart of the Mediterranean.
Facing the sea, as the sky begins to awaken, we invite you to connect with the present moment, breathe, and receive the first light of day with an immersive and transformative sound experience.
We'll meet on the shore just before sunrise. Sitting on the sand, with wireless headphones and guided by a gentle musical selection, you'll begin a conscious breathing practice designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and open the senses.
As the horizon lights up, we'll do an introduction to sungazing, an ancient practice of observing the sun in its first few minutes, when its rays are soft and full of vital energy.
It's a moment of silence, connection, and expansion.
Letting the light of dawn awaken every cell in your body is an experience that transforms the way you start your day.
After the session, we'll share a breakfast by the sea, with coffee, tea, or natural juices and a freshly made croissant.
A perfect break to chat, watch the sea, and feel like you've started the day in the best possible way: calm, present, and full of energy.
During the experience, we'll take some photos and videos so you can take home a precious memory of this magical moment.
