Begin with a quick, accessible introduction to Islamic geometric art, answering questions like: Where did it come from? Who invented these patterns? How were the mosaics traditionally made? And most importantly – what does it take to become a master of mosaics yourself?

Choose from a huge selection of interchangeable tiles to build the pattern you want. Use a reference to some of the most famous patterns and where they came from so that you can make something truly authentic. Alternatively, invent your own pattern!

Paint your tiles with a range of high-quality ceramic paints that can be combined to make any color you choose. Once you’ve painted your tiles, assemble your coaster with guidance on achieving the perfect finish, ready to take home.
