Learn to cook a traditional Spanish paella with a 5-course evening cooking class. Start with a Cava tasting and learn to make traditional Sangria. Sit down to enjoy your creations with a glass of Spanish wine.
Start with a Cava tasting, then learn and enjoy Pan con Tomate with Jamon, other Spanish dry meat, and traditional Spanish sheep cheese. Then, learn to make traditional Sangria (Red wine Sangria) and Cava Sangria (Sparkling white wine Sangria).
Depending on the size of the class, make different paella types, such as traditional seafood paella, paella Valenciana (meat & vegetable paella), vegetarian paella, and black rice paella.
After mastering cooking skills during the paella workshop, sit together around a beautifully set table and share your creations, additional entrees, free-flowing Spanish wine, and pleasant conversation. Then, polish off your lavish dinner with a homemade seasonal dessert.
