Description

Enjoy a 2-hour creative mixology experience in an authentic local bar in Barcelona, where learning, food tasting, and creativity come together in a different format.
We'll start with a glass of Catalan cava accompanied by a local tapa while we go through a theoretical introduction to mixology. You'll learn the basics of balance, professional techniques, and the principles that will allow you to reinterpret great classics.
Afterwards, each participant will choose 3 cocktails to recreate in a revisited version, applying 3 different techniques. It's not about copying recipes, but about understanding them and transforming them according to your own criteria, always with professional guidance.
During the experience, a second food accompaniment will be served for you to enjoy as we move forward with the preparations.
Finally, it will be time for the most creative part: designing your own original cocktail. The best cocktail of the night could become the bar's "Cocktail of the Month".
