Description

Begin your 2h Segway Tour from Barcelona's Broadway in Paral.lel Avenue. Meet your guide who will give you the initial training on Segway. Fit's the helmet and segway down, the first visit in the Tour will be Las Ramblas and Columbus monument, a sculpture built as a tribute to the discoverer of America.

You will continue bordering the Gothic Quarter and the Born district, the oldest neighbourhoods of Barcelona, its narrow and endless streets are full of history. Currently, these neighbourhoods attract many tourists and local people for the great number of Museums, boutiques and restaurants are there. Here, your guide will give you some recommendations of where to enjoy delicious tapas and take a refreshing sangria.

Now, you will visit the Parc de la Ciutadella, its name comes from the great military fortress that Felipe V ordered to build, this park is considered an open-air museum due to a large number of sculptures that can be found inside. From the park, you can see the Arc de Triomf, another of the monuments created for the Universal Exhibition of 1888.

Afterwards, you will move towards the Barcelona of 1992. This event marked the present and future of Barcelona, transforming the city from the inside and made it known worldwide. Structures such as the Olympic Port and Olympic Village were built to receive thousands of athletes with a thirst for glory.

Gliding down Barcelona's seafront, you skirt the charismatic neighbourhood of Barceloneta, a place where you can enjoy the breeze, the sun and the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean sea. Crossing Port Vell, the oldest port in Barcelona you will pass the Maremagnum shopping centre and high-level museums such as the Palau de Mar and Museum of History of Catalonia.
