Start your journey near Central Station with a short ferry ride across the IJ to Amsterdam Noord. From there, follow the North Holland Canal into the peaceful polder landscape, passing a traditional Dutch windmill along the way.

Along the route, you’ll stop for refreshments in the charming village of Ransdorp, where you can enjoy a drink or a slice of apple pie (at your own expense). If you’re curious, ask your guide to make a stop at a local eco-farmers cooperative, where you can taste delicious Dutch cheeses and learn more about sustainable farming in the area.

This 23 km (14 mile) route is suitable for confident riders and includes high-quality Dutch bikes for all sizes. With photo stops, local stories, and an authentic taste of rural Holland, it’s the perfect countryside escape.
