Alexandria, Virginia is a city on the Potomac River, located just south of Washington, D.C. and known for its Old Town, consisting of brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings.

Arrive at the office and get kitted out with all you need for your adventure, including a helmet, a color-coded map, a bike bag, and a bike lock. There is no better way to get up close and personal with all the great sites of Alexandria than riding a bike.

The local partner's huge inventory of high quality bikes in a wide range of sizes ensure your comfort and safety. All equipment is maintained in-house by professional mechanics.

The customer service staff can answer your questions about which type and size of bike is best for your needs, as well as offer tips on good trails, scenic routes, places to eat, and any other cycling info.

  • Helmets are mandatory for all participants 14 years old and younger
  • Toddler trailers and tag-a-longs for young children are available for rent
  • Children aged 1–12 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants under 1 cannot be booked.
  • E-bike riders must be 16 or older.
  • Store hours: April to October 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; November to March Saturdays and Sundays only, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store.
